Interest list terms

Joining the interest list is free. We collect your name and email address so we can send occasional updates about The Greens Project as the concept develops. We may decide when and whether to send updates; joining does not guarantee a response, a launch date, or future availability.

Joining creates no purchase obligation or payment. It does not reserve a home or membership, establish a place in line, grant priority or an allocation, or create any right to invest. We are not accepting funds or commitments through this site. No securities are offered for sale through this interest list.

Plans, locations, amenities, utility systems, access arrangements, dues, and pricing remain subject to development, feasibility, and approvals. Concept images show a possible direction rather than a completed property.

You may leave the list or request deletion of your information at any time by replying to a project email or by contacting the project through the address provided in that email.
